📌 Crust

  • 200 g graham crackers or speculoos, crushed

  • 80 g melted butter

  • 1 tbsp sugar

📌 Cheesecake Filling

  • 600 g cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 150 g sugar

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 3 eggs

  • 150 g sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
