Method:
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy. ![]()
Warm the tortillas.
Fill each tortilla with roasted cauliflower, red cabbage, avocado slices, and cilantro.
